This article provides guidance on what steps can be taken in AMFG after parts have been produced

The post-processing Services are the final step in the production lifecycle of a 3D-printed part.

The Services page is optimized for tablet use and shows the different Service stations that parts move through.

Like Post Production, it includes item tracking, allowing intelligent management of post-processing Services.

Workflow:

Production β†’ Services

Each item marked as produced in the Post Production page is automatically routed to the relevant Service station in the order of the selected Services.

Each Services station represents the Services configured in Settings β†’ Production Parameters.

The number next to the Service name corresponds to the number of items requiring that service in the date range selected.

The items will only appear in one Service station at a time.

When the Service is complete, the item moves to the next station.

Tip* The configuration cogwheel enables you to configure details displayed within the tile, such as:

Part ID

Dimensions

Time to ship

Build ID

Build name

Order ID

Shipping deadline

Custom order ID

Services

File name

Part Status

Billing company

Click the tile to display the part in the 3D viewer and to mark the Service as completed.

Tick off each QA check once done.

A success message will appear, and the check will appear with a strike through.

Manage the work plan of Services in the Part preparation page (see Work Orders Overview: Part preparation guide for more details)

Click and drag the Service to rearrange the order of Services the part requires.
