User Seats - Auto-Billing

While AMFG has in fact operated under a user seat-based billing model since Q1 2024, we have not enforced seat limitations to date, allowing more users to be created than specified until now. Moving forward, system access will be aligned with the contractual agreement of each customer, ensuring that only the agreed number of users will have access to the AMFG Console.

Here are some key points to remember:

  • Each user seat allows one person to access the AMFG Management Console.

  • Pricing per seat remains as outlined in your Order Form.

  • Your allowance is determined by your signed Order Form.

Navigation Path: Settings -> Users -> Users tab

The total number of user licenses and the unused (available) licensed seats would be displayed at the top-right corner above the “Create User” button. This would also include a link to open the Billing tab module, allowing the user to make changes to the number of seats.

When creating a new user, one of the two scenarios below will apply:

  1. If there are available seats, then the normal Create User window will be shown:


  2. If there are no more available seats, you will be prompted to request additional seats via the following pop-up window:

  • You will see a warning message at the top and the “Manage user licenses” section at the bottom. After selecting the “Add user license and update billing” checkbox, the T&C will be confirmed, and a new user license will be added to your billing automatically upon the creation of the user.​

Here you can review and edit the total number of Used / Available user licenses:

Billing via Stripe Account (Auto-Billing)

When your billing is set automatically in the AMFG console via Stripe account (e.g. Direct Debit, ACH, SEPA, Credit Card), you can purchase additional seat licenses directly from the 'Users -> Billing -> User Licenses' section in your console by clicking on the "Edit" button.

When increasing or decreasing the number of licenses, the following warning messages would apply:

  • When requesting to increase the number of existing users, you will receive the warning message “This change will impact your next bill” and after confirming the action with the 'Save' button, the additional requested seats will be added to your billing automatically.

  • If you try to decrease the number of user licenses lower than the current number of existing users, then this warning will be shown: “The number of licenses cannot be less than the number of existing users. Please remove users before reducing the number of licenses.”:

  • If a user is deleted, the option to remove the user license as well as update the billing will be shown. Note that this is optional, and a user can be deleted without removing the license (By default, this should be unchecked):

Please note that marking a user as "Inactive" does not release a seat; only deleting the user will free it.
