Manufacturing Options Styling
Customize the layout and format of your production selection menus to match your brand's aesthetic and improve user experience. The Manufacturing Options Styling tool allows you to define exactly how different manufacturing options (such as technologies, materials, and colors) are displayed to your customers on the Instant Quote page.
Accessing the Settings
To begin customizing your layout:
Open the Management Console.
Navigate to Settings → Content & Styling.
Select the Manufacturing Options Styling tab.
Customization Options
You can choose how your manufacturing categories are presented to the end-user by clicking the radio buttons to the left of your preferred option.
1. Selection Menus
Dropdown Selection: Ideal for portals with many manufacturing categories, providing a clean and compact interface.
Buttons: Perfect for highlighting a few core services, allowing customers to see all options at a glance.
2. Materials and Colors
The styling for materials and colors offers a more visual approach to guide your customers:
Material Thumbnails: Display materials with a visual image and a short description to help customers make educated choices.
Note: Thumbnails and descriptions are managed under Settings → Production Parameters.
Color Thumbnails: Show available coloring options through visual swatches rather than simple text lists.

Viewing and Saving Your Changes
Once you have selected your preferred styling:
Click Save at the bottom of the page.
Navigate to the Instant Quote page in your Customer Portal to review the updated layout.
Important: You must refresh your browser window to see the changes take effect.
