MC → Requests → Quotes List

All Quotes submitted by a customer on the web portal or created internally by a user in the Management Console via Tickets will appear in the ‘Quotes list’.

From the overview of this page, users can perform the following actions:

1) Search. Enter text or numerical data to search for a specific Quote ID, Order ID, Customer Name, Email, Total Price, etc.

2) Configure columns. Sort by ascending or descending and choose which columns to be displayed by clicking on the three dots.

Select from the list below:

QUOTE ID

DATE

QUOTE STATUS

ORDER ID

COMPANY NAME

TOTAL PRICE

EMAIL

FIRST NAME

SURNAME

COUNTRY

DELIVERY OPTION

CONTACT

3) 'Select' column. Batch select or select individual quotes.

Selecting a quote with the checkmark on the left will provide the following options to the user:

a) Convert to Order

When a user selects Convert to Order, an Order ID will be automatically generated and appear in the Order ID column. The parts from the quote will be sent to Production automatically as well.

The quote will remain in the Quotes List and appear in the Work Orders Overview page.

b) Set to Expired

When a user selects Set to Expired, the status of the quote will be changed to Expired.

4) View quote details

Selecting the Quote ID opens the Quote Module, allowing the user to edit, download, submit to the customer, or convert the quote to an order.

Please review this separate guide, Quotation Form Guide, to get a full breakdown of this module's functionalities.

5) Expiry

The expiry date for quotes is set by default to 30 days. This can be easily changed, and additional quote validity periods can be applied by navigating to:

Settings → Attributes & Status → Valid Until

Note: The Quote Status will automatically change to 'Expired' once the validity period has passed.
