Orders Overview - Parcels & Shipping Labels
Download shipping labels from your preferred courier directly on the AMFG platform.
Step 1: Navigate to the Item View
Go to Work Orders → Work Orders Overview and select the ITEM tab.
Step 2: Select Items and Generate Label
Select the checkbox next to the Ticket ID / Item ID you want to ship.
Click the SHIPPING LABEL button located at the top right of the data table.
💡 Note: The blue minus sign button [-] expands the row to display specific item instances if needed.
Step 3: Configure Shipping Details
In the Shipping label pop-up window, fill out the following fields:
Courier: Select your delivery service provider and method from the dropdown list (e.g., Standard UPS).
Delivery center: Select the location from which the parcel will be shipped (e.g., UPS Belgium).
Box size: Enter the dimensional metrics of your package into the Width, Height, and Length fields.
Click SAVE to generate the label or CANCEL to exit.
🛠️ Configurations & Support
Logistics integration is an additional module. Please contact your Account Manager for assistance with configuring couriers via our API provider.
Go to Settings → Checkout & Delivery to define the delivery center locations you want to ship from.
Step 4: Download the Shipping Label
Once saved, the tracking number generated by the courier will automatically appear under the SHIPPING LABEL column for that item.
Click directly on the hyperlinked tracking number (e.g., 1Z739E2E68960...) to view or download the generated shipping label PDF containing the address, barcode, tracking number, and package information.
