Setting up Customer or Build Push Messages

โ€‹If a Customer Push Message or Build Push Message needs to be created, please contact our AMFG Support Team and follow the steps below:


Send the URL Endpoint (webhook to which the JSON messages must be sent) to the AMFG Support team: support@amfg.ai or send via the in-app support chat function.


Please include in the email or the message the following required information:

1. Type of Push Message (Customer or Build)

2. Condition for triggering the push messages (as applicable depending on the type of push message to configure):

  • Customer status (which customer statuses should trigger the push message)

  • Build status: (which build statuses should trigger the push message)

3. Endpoint (webhook URL) to which the JSON messages should be sent

4. Any header information that should be included in the JSON message (e.g. Authorization key and value, etc.)

5. The email address that should receive failure notifications (in the event that the messages cannot be delivered to your endpoint)

After the email is sent to the support team, you will be notified as soon as we set the push message configuration on our end.
