You can use the blueprint attached below to quickly configure a Make.com integration scenario for HubSpot.

This integration enables automated synchronization between your system and HubSpot, allowing you to:

  • Create new Deals in HubSpot

  • Update existing Deals

  • Create new Contacts

  • Update existing Contacts

  • Push complete Order data, including:

    • Manual services

    • Parts included in the order

    • Order totals reflected within the associated Deal

This ensures your sales pipeline in HubSpot remains fully aligned with your order data.

How to Import the Blueprint in Make.com

To set up the integration using the provided blueprint:

  1. Log in to your Make.com account

  2. Create a new Scenario

  3. Click the More (β€’β€’β€’) menu in the scenario editor

  4. Select Import Blueprint

  5. Upload the provided blueprint file

  6. Configure the required connections (HubSpot and system API credentials)

  7. Save and activate the scenario

Once activated, the scenario will automatically create or update HubSpot records based on Order Push events.

What Happens During Synchronization

When an order is pushed:

  • The system checks whether the Contact already exists in HubSpot

  • If the Contact exists, it is updated

  • If not, a new Contact is created

  • A Deal is created or updated accordingly

  • Order totals and associated line items (services and parts) are reflected within the Deal

This automation reduces manual data entry and ensures accurate reporting within HubSpot.

If you require custom field mappings or additional workflow logic, the scenario can be extended within Make.com to match your specific business processes.
