Utilising the Email Dashboard

Once your email system is integrated with AMFG, you can effectively manage project communications through the 'Emails' dashboard. Here's how to make the most of it:

1. Go to Requests -> Emails.

​2. By selecting multiple emails, you can create a ticket. From that point on, those emails will be associated with those tickets in AMFG.

3. For unassigned emails, you can automatically create a new ticket associated with that email address by clicking on "Create Ticket".

4. Clicking on the ticket number in the 'Ticket' column will take you directly to the Ticket View of the Part Preparation page. From there, you can manage all information associated with the request. See Tickets Overview - Part Preparation Guide.
