When uploading a part, sometimes the quality of the part may be reduced, and this may cause issues during production.
This is happening during the conversion and repair of the CAD Model - the file part is being analyzed and translated for us to be able to identify features and surfaces of the part to provide accurate quoting. In the Settings, we have a sliding scaler to adjust the accuracy and quality of this translation. 
By default, this is set to “Standard”. If you’re experiencing issues with this then you can try the following:
- Go to Settings → Workflow 
- Scroll down to CAD Conversion Configuration 
- Slide the quality level to “Very High” 
- Click Save 
- Try uploading a new part and see if this resolves the issue 
This should resolve the quality of CAD upload issues.
