When a user is unable to log in to their AMFG account, the Admin in the Management Console should follow the steps below to reset their password if needed:
On the left-side Menu, navigate to Settings -> Users (located at the bottom of the page) -> Users tab -> Select the specific user by clicking on the Name:

βIn the User's account, scroll to the bottom and select the "GENERATE PASSWORD" button to generate a random password, or type a custom password into the field directly. When the changes are 'Saved', the old password will be replaced by the new entry. Make sure to copy the newly created password before pressing "Save".

Once the change is done, the Admin provides the new password to the relevant user.
