Setting Up Email Redirection in AMFG
You can set up email redirection if you prefer not to connect your email system or if AMFG does not currently support it. This allows project emails to be imported directly into AMFG without automatic synchronization. To set up email redirection, follow these steps:
Access the provided link to your email provider's instructions for redirecting emails.
Complete the required steps outside of AMFG. Emails should be automatically redirected to: requests@email.amfg.ai.
Click on the 'Add email' button in AMFG and enter each email address you use to gather customer requests. These addresses will be automatically redirected to AMFG.
Specify whether each redirected email address should be shared, enabling all users to view the imported emails. Use this option only for shared email addresses, such as sales accounts.
