Vouchers are a great way to offer special discounts to your customers by having a limited-time promotion on your website.
How to Create Vouchers in the Management Console
Open your Management Console
Navigate to Customers
Open the “Vouchers” tab and click on “Create Voucher”
Enter the voucher name, discount percentage, and the number of uses available then click on 'Create':
Note: After the number of uses has been reached, the voucher code will be automatically deactivated.
Once done, you will see your new Voucher code in the list and its Status in the rightmost column. By clicking on the Status you can Activate/Deactivate your vouchers:
In the “Vouchers” tab you can also track the amount of times your vouchers have been used:
Voucher codes can be also deleted:
How Customers Can Use Vouchers
After sharing your voucher code with the customers that would be eligible to use it, the voucher code should be applied at the Customer Portal (front-end) in the basket before Checkout:
After the code is applied, the actual amount of the discount will be visible:
