Summary

Vouchers are a great way to offer special discounts to selected customers by creating a limited-time promotional campaign on your website. With AMFG, this can be easily achieved by creating Vouchers directly in the Management Console.

How to Create Vouchers in the Management Console

  1. Open your Management Console

  2. Navigate to Contacts

  3. Open the “Vouchers” tab and click on “Create Voucher.”
    ​

  4. To create a Voucher, please provide the following details:

    1. Enter a Voucher Code name

    2. Specify the discount percentage

    3. Specify the number of uses (check the tooltip for clarification)

    4. Specify the number of uses per account (check the tooltip for clarification)

    5. Finally, click on the 'Create' button
      ​


      ​​Note: After the number of uses has been reached, the voucher code will be automatically deactivated.

Vouchers Page Overview

Once your vouchers are created, you can perform the following actions:

  1. View and Sort by columns

  2. Delete vouchers

  3. Export data

Available Columns for Visibility and Sorting

By clicking on the 3 dots icon in any column, you can select which columns to be visible from the following extensive list:

AMOUNT

NUMBER OF USES

USES PER ACCOUNT

ACTUAL USES

PENDING USES

DATE

STATUS

  • You can view your Voucher Code and copy it from the relevant column.

  • You can see static values, such as the Amount, Number of Uses, Uses per Account, and the Date when the voucher was created, and sort the view by them.

  • You can see the current Status of your vouchers in the relevant column. By clicking on the Status, you can Activate/Deactivate it.

  • You can track the number of Actual Uses and Pending Uses of your vouchers so far​.

How Customers Can Use Vouchers on the Portal

After sharing your voucher code with the customers who would be eligible to use it, the voucher code should be applied at the Customer Portal (front-end) in the basket before Checkout:

After the code is applied, the actual amount of the discount will be ​visible:
