Troubleshooting:
If you experience issues with AMFG Connect, there are a few things you can try:
- Right-click the AMFG Connect icon in the tray, choose Settings, and update to the latest version if such is available! (You will see a notification in the top-right corner of the pop-up window if so) 
- Right-click the AMFG Connect icon in the tray, choose Settings, and click Save. This will reinitialize the connection between the cloud and AMFG Connect. 
- Restart AMFG Connect by right-clicking and choosing Exit, then relaunching it. 
- Restart your computer. 
- Deleting the contents of the sync folder and also - C:\ProgramData\AMFG\AMFG Connectwhilst AMFG Connect is not running.
- AMFG Connect needs to be ‘Run as Administrator’ 
Known challenges and solutions:
The Keybind file cannot be edited as the user does not have the right permissions
- Solution: - Navigate to the file location: %appdata%\AMFG\AMFG Connect\config\automation.magics.config.ini. 
- Modify the content of the file as needed. 
- Save the file on your desktop. 
- Delete the default file at the original location. 
- Move the copied file from your desktop into the folder. 
 
Reporting:
To report an issue with AMFG Connect:
- Open the tray 
- Right-click the AMFG Connect icon 
- Click 'Request support' 
- Describe your problem and click “Send” 
- This will automatically send the error logs to our Support team, and we will get back to you with feedback as soon as possible. 
 
If the problem is too complex to describe and needs demonstrating:
- Provide the version of Magics and Desktop Agent that you are currently using. 
- Record a video of the issue occurring. Make sure the system clock is visible in the recording. 
- Provide a copy of all files in - C:\ProgramData\AMFG\AMFG Connectin the bug report.
- State if any of the troubleshooting steps resolved the issue. 
- Submit the report to AMFG Support: support@amfg.ai
